1.

Put the meat in the freezer 2h beforte to start the recipe to make it harder and get easier the cut

Cut thinly the meat and dress it in the plate

3.

To realize the pesto sauce, cut some garlic and add olive oil inside the bawl.

Cut basilic leaves and add them to the preparation.

4.

crush pine nuts with the cleaver knife and add them to the mixture in the bowl.

5.

Cut half of lemon and add the juice into the mixture.

6.

Add salt, peper and parmesan.

Mix the ingredients inside the bowl and spread them out on the meat.

7.

To decorate the plate, add some cherry tomato, pine nut and shaving of parmesan.
