The slicing (or carving knife) is ideal for carving big roasts at parties – like a Christmas turkey, Easter ham, barbecued brisket or even a whole salmon.

Thinner and longer than a chef's knife, the blade allows you to slice paper thin without tearing, preserving your food for perfect presentation.

It makes the food taste better too, as the clean cuts retain more of the meat juices inside. Perfectly complemented by the carving fork.
