A good knife should last a lifetime!

That is why we are proudly offering a lifetime warranty on all our knives.

The KOTAI Lifetime Warranty only covers manufacturing defects found upon reception of your order.

If you notice a defect, please contact us at help@kotaikitchen.com to initiate an exchange OR a refund of your knife, free of charge.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY

Deformation (impacts, chips, etc.) of the blade due to improper use of the knife: 

• Cutting frozen foods and/or bones.
• Cutting on hard surfaces (e.g. marble, metal, ceramic, etc.).
• Use for any other purpose than cutting food.

The appearance of rust due to inappropriate cleaning, such as placing in a dishwasher or insufficient drying.

Accidental drops to the floor.

Natural abrasion of the blade and handle.

Our accessories are covered by a 2-year warranty.
