Magnifique

La planche est vraiment très jolie, elle est fabriquée entièrement en Bambou, un matériau naturellement antibactérien et antifongique. Assez lourde et moyennement épaisse (2cm), sa surface est douce et lisse, ce qui permet de ne pas abîmer la lame des couteaux. Ses grandes dimensions (40cm x 30cm) permettent de pouvoir découper une belle pièce de viande mais aussi de tailler ses légumes tout en ayant de la place. Son réel atout est sa rainure pour laisser écouler le jus. L’autre face de la planche, complétement lisse peut permettre de ciseler des herbes sans avoir à être gênée par la rainure pour les récupérer. Des fentes discrètes sur les côtés en guise de poignées permettent de pouvoir transporter facilement la planche. Mon seul reproche sur ce produit serait la profondeur du bac récupérateur de jus, je le trouve peu profond alors qu’il y avait possibilité de creuser un peu plus le bois. Matériaux de qualité, finitions parfaites, rien à redire, sauf côté prix, on est un peu cher (60 euros) mais c’est ce qui se passe en général dès qu’il y a du Bambou, un effet de mode qui commence à revenir cher à la longue...

Ein Blickfang in der Küche

Dieses Schneidebrett aus Bambus werde ich künftig für Obst und Gemüse (außer Knoblauch und Zwiebeln) nutzen, da mein Mann unsere Schneidebretter manchmal, nachdem er Knoblauch oder Zwiebeln geschnitten hat, das Brett nicht richtig sauber macht und danach Obst darauf schneidet. Das schmeckt so furchtbar. Das Brett sieht ganz toll aus. Ein richtiger Blickfang! Es ist sehr gut verarbeitet und weist vor allem keine kleinen Splitter auf. Da es keine rutschfesten Gummifüße hat, kann man die andere Seite auch als Schneidebrett oder als Platte zum Anrichten von Brot, Aufschnitt und Obst nutzen. Das finde ich, sieht immer sehr nett aus. Auch eignet sich diese „Rückseite“ zum Schneiden und Hacken von Kräutern, Zwiebeln, etc., die keinen Saft haben und somit nicht in der Rinne aufgefangen werden müssen, sondern direkt schnell in die Pfanne oder Schüssel geschoben werden können. Anfangs war ich der Meinung, dass eine rutschfeste Gummierung ein Muss ist, doch habe ich inzwischen gemerkt, dass das Brett wie magnetisch von der Arbeitsplatte angezogen wird und somit auch gut haftet, obwohl eine Gummierung immer noch besser wäre. Die Vorderseite mit der Saftrinne finde ich prima zum Schneiden von z.B. saftigen Tomaten. Gut durchdacht, und das ist etwas, das ich an diesem Schneidebrett am besten finde, ist die Ausgussrille, die die wenigsten Schneidebretter haben. An beiden Seiten befinden sich sehr dünne Eingriffe zum besseren Transportieren oder Halten des Brettes. Jedoch sind sie selbst für mich viel zu schmal, obwohl ich kleine Finger und Hände habe. Ich hätte hierfür einen Stern abgezogen, wäre nicht diese tolle Ausgussrille, weshalb ich 4,5 Sterne vergebe.

Un tagliere elegante e funzionale

Appena si apre la confezione si viene subito colpiti dalla valenza estetica di questo interessante tagliere: è davvero bello ed elegante. Quando poi si esamina con maggiore attenzione si possono apprezzare le caratteristiche dimensionali (decisamente ampio e comodo) e funzionali: utilissimo e ben collocato il piccolo canale per il defluso dei liquidi che potrebbero fuoriuscire dal taglio, convogliati in un punto di scolo verso l'esterno che costringe a prevedere un recipiente di raccolta per evitare di imbrattare il piano d'appoggio. La consistenza del materiale e lo spessore di ben 2 cm lasciano prevedere una lunga durata anche con un uso intenso. Su questo tagliere ci si può tagliare di tutto ma eviterei di tagliare il pane con una efficiente sega per il pane: elevato il rischio che possa intaccare il legno del tagliare provocando la formazione di minuscole schegge che (tralasciando il danneggiamento del piano) finirebbero per confondersi con le fette di pane. La bellezza di questo tagliere ne consente l'uso quasi come un piatto di portata "operativo" anche su tavole di un certo tono. Un acquisto consigliabile con un solo qualche perplessità sul prezzo, relativamente elevato.

Diseño sencillo.

Esta tabla es perfecta. Es muy grande, para poder cortar cualquier cosa sin tener que estar vaciándola cada dos por tres, el diseño es sencillo pero llamativo, el material es bambú, el cual NO absorbe líquidos, por lo que no nos encontraremos con deformidades en la tabla a lo largo del paso del tiempo y tiene un surco donde van todos los líquidos que puedan generarse. Sólo puedo poner una pega, y es que la tabla no tiene ningún tipo de antideslizante, por lo que se mueve un poco a la hora de cortar, así que mi solución es poner debajo un trapo. Por lo demás, estoy muy contento con la tabla puesto que me viene de perlas tanto en tamaño como en diseño.
