After purchasing this product through another website and encountering some issues with the shipping—issues attributable to that site and not to Kotai—Kotai demonstrated outstanding customer service, of the kind one expects when choosing to invest in higher-quality products accompanied by superior service. Indeed, this was exactly the case. Kotai, at their own expense, promptly reshipped the item I had ordered, maintaining clear and consistent communication with me throughout the process, until I successfully received the product. The knife itself is of exceptional craftsmanship, extremely sharp, and elegantly presented in a finely decorated box. I will certainly purchase Kotai knives again, both for the remarkable quality of their products and for their exemplary customer service. Truly commendable at an international level.
