Indeed, this was exactly the case. Kotai, at their own expense, promptly reshipped the item I had ordered, maintaining clear and consistent communication with me throughout the process, until I successfully received the product. The knife itself is of exceptional craftsmanship, extremely sharp, and elegantly presented in a finely decorated box. I will certainly purchase Kotai knives again, both for the remarkable quality of their products and for their exemplary customer service. Truly commendable at an international level.
